The Missing Period.

Last Saturday to this Friday. This period had been really sucky, bored and sian. Even thought I was trying to physically keep my body busy by exercising and working out or just numbing my mentals by playing PC games.

Other than the days I went out, I was doing the usual stuff of playing PC games, surfing the net, watching TV programmes, working out and reading books. Seemingly pretty active these days but I just can't fill up the some sort of emptiness inside me with the things I did or do. I don't know what is it.

I am lost somehow and I don't know what I lost.

On Monday, I visited the Central Manpower Power Base (CMPB) of the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) for my National Service (NS) pre-enlistees medical check-up. I went along with Elvin and met Joel and his friends there. I also met Koh Chee Wee, my old secondary school classmate.

I am going into the army in about another six months. They called it National Service or NS in a nicer name rather than calling it conscription.

Anyway, the medical check-up was a pretty long and boringly torturous process. Before the check-up, we had to screen capture our photos for identification use. Elvin passed the photo taking easily but Joel and his friend were scrutinised by the photo taking uncle because their hair were too long and stylish and they had it dyed. For me, I had only short while to comb my fringe up neatly and I passed that stage easily.

The medical check-up process had ten stations. They are: (1) Urine Test, (2) Blood Test, (3) Dental, (4) X-Ray of chest, (5) Optical Check-up, (6) Height, Weight & Blood Pressure taking, (7) ECG or Heart Electro-Impulse Cardiogram, (8) Doctor's Check-up, (9) Uniform Measurement taking and finally (10) MAPAS Test, something like an IQ test.

I got throught all stations smoothly but got stuck at the Dental station for quite long about 20-30 minutes. Because I had to wait to take dental X-Rays images of my teeth. I knew my teeth were unusual as my upper teeh protrudes with two wisdom teeth grown while my lower teeth had a missing growth of an incisor tooth (normally we should have 4 adult incisor teeth) and my wisdon teeth at the lower jaw had no space to grow out (full house).

The rest of the stations were pretty smooth and quick. I was surprise they didn't had a smaller size of the No. 4 camoflage uniform of XS size. The S size still looks pretty big for me... The MAPAS test was very long. I thought I took 1-2 hours to finish the whole test. Its something like IQ test and other tests on other abilities like sense of directions, logic and others. At times, the sets of questions really gave me a headache. I was particularly slow to think at the Mathematics part.

I got the medical clasifcation of PES B, which makes me suitable for most vocationalperations duties. I got a PES B because I had serious myopia, slight astigmatism and internal nasal problems or allergic to air pollutants and irritants.

After the check-up, I went for lunch with Joel and Elvin at the Redhill's Hawker Centre. After lunch, I headed for Elvin's house again to challenge him his Worms PC game again, but I lost to him still :p

The Weekdays' Dull Weather.

Monday to Friday. From Monday till Friday, it was absolute still, quiet, rainy and unhappening.

What I do was going online to surf the net. I can't play online game as I don't know what was the problem with the game programme. I was also watching television programmes which mainly are informative ones from Channel News Asia and other news, current affairs, documentaries or lifestyle programmes. I dislike the TV dramas nowadays.

As part of my own healthier lifestyle programme, I was doing some exercises like dancing and workout as to sweat my body out the extra fat. This prevented any possibility of growing more fat in the lazy holidays. I wanted to do some early morning jogging these days but I can't as it was always raining. Or else, I was just plain too tired as I didn't sleep early the night before. I need to have enough rest to be healthy too. I don't jog in the evening as I normally left the time for my usual workout routine or meditation.

As I mentioned meditation, it was not of sitting cross-legged, shut your eyes and hum the "ohm" chant. That's the general official one we all know. Actually, I've been doing mediation all my life, surprisingly. Meditation can be as simple just keeping your mind blank or think positively while staring at something as I realised after reading an article on meditation on Readers' Digest. Of course, please make sure you are not day-dreaming if you're trying to meditate.

I was lucky, I had a sky or a scenic view outside my window to meditate or just sit there to read a book while enjoying the ever changing view of the sky outside my room.

On Friday, there was something. I was asked to head for Mike's shoot. Mike is my director/client/boss for my group’s upcoming semester's Final Year Project. So we can learn something from him (I hope).

Anyway, I took the MRT transit to Clarke Quay MRT station and alighted from there. I could walk to Boat Quay where the shoot was but I took the wrong way, even though I did read a locality map. I walked all the way up the Singapore River of Clarke Quay and realised I wasn't at the right place.

So I walked my way down by the Singapore River finally to Boat Quay. But I couldn’t find the unit 31B. They didn’t give me the name of the shop either. I couldn’t find the unit at the row of night shops facing the river. Then I called Kent and Jeslyn, realising the place was at the back of the row of houses facing the river, at a shop named The Hideout. I was quite surprised that there was another row of shops behind, as I didn’t know the place well.

So I reached place, I didn’t see the people like Jeslyn, Kent, Joycelyn and Mike there. So I went back the Boat Quay’s McDonald’s fast-food restaurant and waited for them as I thought I went to a wrong place. But they called me again telling me to meet them at The Hideout. They finally arrived late (although I was late too), one hour after the planned time of 9pm. Then, Mike told me the shoot was cancelled because they realized the place was too dark with any lighting equipment at hand.

I was disappointed for with the result as it wasted my time after all the fuss I had been in.

Mike treated us a couple of drinks and all I had was a couple of free Gintonics. After we finished wasting our time there, we decided to leave the place at around 12pm plus while the rest gather Mike’s stuff to his car.

Mike was saying I was flushed with red after the drinks. But I knew I wasn’t that bad of a drinker. I just flushed because I had two Listerine Oral Care strips after the drinks and they really make my tears come out.

After putting all the Mike‘s stuff in his car, Joycelyn and Mike went off for more clubbing. While Kent, Jeslyn and I went to Lau Pa Sat Festival Market to have some supper. Kent and Jeslyn were extreme hungry as they hadn’t even had their dinner and were feasting. I had some light though.

We were chatting and Kent was bitching about one guy he didn’t like called William till about 1pm plus. We shared a cab home and I reached home at around 2pm. I took a shower, wash-up and brushed my teeth and headed for the bed…

Swimming in the Cold Waters....

Saturday. The main activity for that day was swimming. The day was cold as it rained and the skies were still gloomy. Along with Daniel Chua and Elvin Low. Both of them are my secondary school graduation classmates. Daniel Chua is my usual swimming kaki while Elvin Low is my best friend who doesn't listen to my woes. Now, speaking of this, I didn't even know why I labelled him as my best friend anyway.

We were supposed to meet at the gantry entrance of the swimming complex at Jurong East Swimming Complex. Because I was living near the complex's area, I came late for 10 minutes. Daniel was whining about my lateness there. I think he got the right to whine but there's more than a few times when he was late and I was always waiting in previous swimming sessions.

Elvin was even more late. His Lateness, Lord Elvin, only came at 2.50pm. So Daniel and I waited for him for around 50 minutes at KFC fast-food restaurant munching some junk food. Even when Elvin came, he had to head for sports shops in the complex to buy his swimming trunks. And so he bought a tight pants for himself.

We only manage to start swimming, playing or chatting at aroung 3pm plus. We managed we have some fun here and there before we decided to coach Daniel how to swim as he don't know how to swim. After all the sarcasms Elvin and I "encouraged" to him, that he would be wearing yellow swimming caps, labelling him a beginner swimmer in National Service and stuff like that. Daniel reluctantly allowed us to teach him how to swim.

As Elvin was the one who initiated to coach Daniel, I let him to all the coaching work on Daniel while I "demonstrated" my swimming by swimming a few laps in the competition pool. Daniel was complaining about being tired on his swimming practices but that was the simple price to learn swimming.

After about an hour on coaching Daniel's swimming, we all headed to the Lazy River or Wave Pool to have some fun but there's not much sun as the skies were mostly of grey clouds. But some "holy" volumetric lights managed to peek through the clouds and landed on our bodies.

At the a Lazy River's lone exit, we stayed there to have some chat about my termination, my experiences at Digimagic and other related stuff...

After some time, we decided to leave as it was really getting late and we were some what tired. We washed up and left the complex at around 6pm. We headed for the nearby hawker centre and Elvin and Daniel had their lunch there but I did not as I had already had mine. We also chatted.

After their lunching session, we all headed home our own ways...

Walking and Running Somewhere To Find Food.

Sunday. A lovely Sunday. Elvin and I were invited for a church game activity of the City Harvest Church by our old bubbly classmate Yieling. I met up with Elvin at Jurong East MRT station before headin down to the Chinatown MRT station.

Yieling was late, but there were alot other youngsters like us waiting down at the station. Then, I was wondering if these people were all participants of the church game activity in Chinese called, "Shi Zhi Lu Kou" (Food Chain Link). It was a mimic game activity copied from a Taiwan variety show's game segment. The aim of the game is to find food with the start and the end of the foods' names given to us. The food we find must match the pitch of the foods' names' character syllables, with the first syllable matching the previous food name's last syllable, vice versa. We had to finish all the 15 food items we found and finished them in our stomachs.

I was right. The youngsters were in the activity, ranged from 13 year old and above. But there were two age categories in the activity though. One is 13 year old to 17 year old and another was for me, 18 year old and above.

In the activity, I spotted a girl of familiarity. She was the young teenage co-actress in the movie, "After School" in which I watched on Monday, 1st December. She played a problem teenager character who shoplifts and frequents pubs. The character in the story was once drunk, gang raped by four young gangsters and eventually, commited sucide.

My team consisted of Elvin, Yieling and another aquaintance known as Yip.

Anyway, the whole activity was fun. But it was pretty stale as we were only running at a few same places in the Chinatown area to find cheaper foods because the rules of the game required us to find the cheapest food to score for points. The most difficult food to find was the first and the last food in which its clues were given by the organisers.

We finished the game eventually, and finally. We were tired as we ran for the last food clue from place to place as we couldn't find the food in some places. To score, not only we had to find the cheapest food but also finsh the game as soon as possible to achieve more points or even bonu points.

The outcome was that my team had the highest price for all the food. About $17 in total. My team were surprised as one team got only around $4 for 15 food items! How they do that? Their food items was like tar-tar sauce, soya sauce and other cheap food items which they could find easily and buy cheaply...

Back to the City's Lights.

Sunday night. After the day's activity. Elvin and I waved our bye-byes to Yieling and headed down to Orchard Road. We decided to head down for Wisma Atria's Coffee Express to have something to eat and I wanted to have some coffee.

When we reached the place, we both ordered each ourselves a plate of spaghetti and I ordered an extra cafe mocha. My coffe arrived first and I got myself three sachets of sugar. I was gripping and flipping all three sachets when accidentally, one sachet slipped off, dropped into my cup of cafe mocha and splashed the coffee on Elvin's white shirt.

I immediately apologised and was very sorry for the accidental deed. But Elvin gentlemenly remained calm and told me to eat first. Luckily, he was my best friend, if it was someone else, I think the dude would be whining, complaining or even be pissed about this incident.

After our meals, we went down to Ngee Ann City's Bossini shop to get him a shirt so that he could change a new one. I paid for the shirt of $10 as an apology for all the humilation looks from strangers he suffered along the way when he travelled from Wisma Atria to Ngee Ann City...

After the change, we both walked and chatted along the way, while we walked all the way down the Orchard Road to the Esplanade Theatres' roof terrace, where we sat there and enjoyed the breeze, the night view of the Singapore skyline and some heart-to-heart talk.

After about 10 pm, we left the theatres. We walked to the City Hall MRT station via the City Link where we took the MRT transit west bound back to home.

Movie and Shopping.

Monday. I was staying and slacking at home that Monday morning. I was either playing online game or surfing net on my home PC.

But I went out at late afternoon to meet Chee Wee, Huimin, Thomas and Jun Long for the movie "After School" at SP Convention Centre. The movie was good as it touches my heart. The story's about a pair of once very close siblings, one a policewoman inspector and one a teenager facing many peer pressures of all kinds from family, friends and other bad and good influences. How their environment natured them to be and how they are going to nurture on back as a good and normal person who would treasure their own, their friends and their family.

Go watch it. A ticket costs only around $3 or less and the story is really good.

After the movie, Chee Wee and Huimin went to their relative's house, while I took a bus along with Jun Long and Thomas to West Mall. I went separate ways from Jun Long and Thomas to go shopping and buying gifts for the rest of the people in Digimagic. They were for David, Aida, Diana, Nur, Keith, Jeffrey and Donald.

Yes, I've even bought for those who was thought to have backstabbed me in the dark in Digimagic...

What can I say? I rather people owe me something than I owe them.

I was looking forward to Monday when I'll visit my friends at Digimagic and be an early Santa Claus to give my gifts I bought for everyone.

The Last Visit.

Tuesday. I was checking my E-mails, playing online game or surfing the net at home that Tueday morning. I was also typing my last weekend's blog.

By noon, I set off my journey back to Digimagic. That long, lonely journey to the heart of Bugis...

At around 1pm, I arrived at the doorstep of the Digimagic office.

I was no longer the staff of Digimagic. So I had to press the door bell to go in instead of tapping my electronic clocking card. Shahid was the most delighted to see me. He immediately announced my arrival in the office when he saw my face at the door, "Alright...!!! Jeff is here, man!!!" I could even hear his announcement outside the office.

Meifang quickly hopped from the pantry to fridge where she smiled at me as a sign of welcome.

The door was opened and I went in. The video department dudes like Shahid, Nur and Bernard switched on the Elvis tunes again and called me for my Elvis moves, my last dance. I was like giving an expression, "What the hell? The moment I stepped in and the first thing you ask me to do was to entertain you?"

I said nothing much as I put down my sling bag and took out another black bag filled with the gifts accompanied with small notes of thanks and craps for every colleague, except those I had already given a month ago. But I forgotten to buy Latifah's gift but she didn't mind but was happy to see me with her sweet smile.

So I passed each gift to the people in the office, I thanked them in silent for all the care and the happiness they didn't know they brought me during the times when I was in Digimagic. For those who weren't around, I just put their gifts on their table.

I was major in black as I was giving out my gifts then. Shahid then said, "Hey! Santa's supposed to be in red and white man! Not in black!" I simply smiled.

Nur and Shahid continued to bug me for my dance. I finally told them that, since it was my last day, they should be the ones entertaining me. They stopped bugging me then.

After all the giving, I chatted with the rest of the guys as I waited for Aida to return to see if there was any possibilities that I could get my pay cheque today.

Some of the colleagues were sharing and discussing about the gifts they got and the notes on it. But Jason was out then. Even when he returned, he was very busy. He never really had the time to open the gift I gave.

I was also waiting for all the people to be ready for major lunch as they were quite busy. I sat at a seat and waited, watching them work.

I felt a bit lost then while watching them work. I still felt the urge to help them but I knew I had no longer that obligations.

Finally we were able to have a major lunch meeting at the familiar Jeffrey's Gathering Place. I didn't speak much while we all ate but I was listening to their comments, chat, craps and about the things happened in the office.

Jason said to me that I was "sniped" in the back by Big Boss, Donald. I believed him. I realised he was a backstabber with the smile while talking to people. This conclusion came a bit late, as I wasn't much of office political-wise then.

I was trying to see this world was innocent then. I tried to see no evil, hear no evil and talk no evil then. But all was just naive thinking.

Kernis did warn me about Donald's "darkness behind sinister smile" but I didn't think that at first. No wonder even Jason was pretty wary of him.

But now after much thoughts I thought that Donald's sinister acts was of bad karma and he'll suffer for it eventually. Not taking it personal, but after much analysis of him of all the things he did in Digimagic as I observed. I doubt he was a good management director and was a bad decision maker.

Why? He never dealt face-to-face to the subordinates of the lowest hierarchy of his company. He only talks big to his management team.

I knew Donald didn't like people surfing the internet. But the conclusion to boot me for all my actions of surfing net done within only a week was too much. I never handed up late work over the deadline. Moreover I had reasons to surf net as I mentioned on last Friday's blog. His work holism may be good for his as a boss and as an individual but he can't expect everyone to do the same.

Donald lacked the most basic sense of being a leader; command and build trust from your men not to conquer your men.

Shahid finally called for silence for all and told me to give me my last words. I simply told them, "Good luck!" This was simply to tell them to take care in the sinister world of office politics in Digimagic.

We returned back to the office at around 3.30pm. Aida finally returned too. But she told me the pay cheque wasn't ready, as Small Boss Jeffrey hadn't sign some stuff. She asked me whether I could wait for his return at around 4pm and I agreed to wait.

Jeffrey did returned at around 4pm but I don't know what happened about him signing the stuff and let me get my cheque. I was too free then I guess. I waited till about 6pm when I finally received my $1040 cheque from Jeffrey. I wondered why I waited so long at the place just to get my cheque.

Anyway, I finally left that office for the last official time at around 6.30pm along with Kernis and Sidik. In which later I took the MRT transit with Sidik back home...

Another milestone of my life ended and another stage of my life is gonna start.

A True Touching E-Mail…

Wednesday. I was checking my E-mails as usual for the mornings when I received a touching E-mail from Jason. So touching enough for me to reply him with his history E-mail. Here is the E-mail I replied him, along with the touching E-mail he sent me (at the bottom):

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dear Jason,

Man. You wrote the most touching E-Mail I've ever received.

I've never truly blame you or it of any of your fault for not protecting me or anything. You're good friend and I know it and you still are. I've never expected anybody in this world to protect me because I knew protection is temporary and limited. It is understandable.

Perhaps you feel that I'm a kind of person needed to be protected bah. I'm the kind of person who can only be described by this quotation: "Someone who sees like a child (Innocent). Gives like a Saint (Generous). Feels like an Angel with broken wings (A sweet, helpful dude who can't fly and looked like he needed help)."

Perhaps I was in too much propaganda of my secondary school's motto, "To Love and To Forgive". I've never regret whatever I did as I've never do anybody big wrong. And so are you.

Maybe you were feeling guilty because I look sad recently. But the sadness wasn't really because I was out of my job. It was because I was leaving my friends at Digimagic suddenly and I was totally caught unprepared mentally.

I'm glad that you could still talk to Jeffrey about me. But against Donald, I know you have no power at all to go against him. Donald is a perfect example of a modern autocratic ruler. Like Hitler, he's kind of a bastard. I've realised only now.

In this world, I've got to be independent.

Apart the above, the gift I given you was not a Zippo lighter but a pretty cheapo one (ha ha ha, but it is still quite expensive ok...)

And your England is very powderful, still. I've square bracketed those wrong vocabularies in you mail below of what you wrote (hahaha).

If you still feel guilty, you can try protecting the rest of the people in Digimagic now or in the future if they ever needed help.

I'll never forget you and the people at Digimagic (except maybe Donald, hahaha. Jeffrey is OK to me). I'll come visit if I go the chance.

Take care, don't get sniped or kanna headshot. Keep in touch with me of where you are going too!

Yours sincerely,
Jeffery Leong
a.k.a. Eiizumi

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

After that morning, I received a surprising call that day. It was Bernard from Digimagic. He invited me to head down for lunch in the city as they were celebrating Cho Chin Leong’s birthday.

I agreed even though I was a bit reluctant because I thought I saw the end of close contact with my DigiKakis but I had to give the birthday boy some face (I’m not even sure it was he who invited me).

I was told to meet at City Hall area but last minute it was changed to a restaurant at Liang Seah Street. So I walked from Raffle City Shopping Centre all the way to Bugis area. I arrived at the Digimagic’s office building, Nam Peng Building.
I took a lift up to the fifth floor where I bumped into the gang going to celebrate for Chin Leong. The whole gang was Chin Leong, Meifang, Peipei, Fong Peing, Michelle, Linda, Bernard, David and Shahid.

The rest did not join, as they were busy or poor to eat at the restaurant. So we walked our way as we chatted.

We reached the small restaurant and ordered our food. Our food came one by one as we chatted and joked. Shahid, Bernard and David were either joking lame, crappy or dead jokes and others laughed or simply stared cold. The ladies talked a lot among themselves though.

Shahid was enjoying himself as he was looking out for pretty girls and other people walking pass outside the restaurant window even though he was married. He looked like a predatory animal, as his eyes were so big!

We got Chin Leong an ice-cream cake with a candle lit of course. Along with the staff of the restaurant and the rest of the gang, we sang the happy birthday song to Chin Leong with our blessings.

After lunch, the rest went back to the office as I said my departing blessings to them.

I was thinking that even I went home, I had nothing much to do also. So I went to the Cyber Byte LAN gaming shop to LAN game. I had quite a brain numbing two hours of fun though. Had pretty good number of frags.

I went home by the boring MRT transit journey after that…

Time and Progression.

I am getting real late in typing my blogs these days due to the lack of time I supposed. Now I’m trying to came up with the time to my blogs :p

Thursday & Friday. Thursday and Friday weren’t pretty interesting. I was doing all the usuals on my home PC checking E-mails, playing online game and surfing the net in the late morning and early afternoon.

For the rest of the afternoon, I was either watching television programmes or reading the Readers’ Digest article magazines I’ve bought on Wednesday at 7-11 convenient store on my way home.

The Readers’ Digest article magazines are very source of knowledge. I’ve learned and see a lot of the world just with these books. I read them in my free times. I was surprised when I bought it at around $10 and I had two editions; the August as well as the December editions. That’s a pretty good buy.

On the Thursday evening, I was doing my usual exercise workout routine.

On the Friday evening, I was going for a meeting of my FYP group with Kent, Jeslyn, Dawn, Banu and Joycelyn. We were supposed to meet Mike, our so-called “client”.

Mike was having a meeting with somebody in his office at Chinatown when we arrived so we took a 30 minutes break at a coffee shop in Pagoda Street. And we chatted about our experiences during these holidays.

30 minutes was up and we all went up to his office’s meeting room. He was trying to get to know us as individuals and roughly appointed each of us a position.

We each talked to him one by one. He was much familiar with Kent, Jeslyn, Banu and Joycelyn. As a project leader, I don’t him at all. He thought I was the quiet type. I guessed he would think that. I haven’t open up to him yet, we’ll wait and see…

Mike was to be our Director and his company; Kinema Entertainment would provide the script for us.

I was fine with this plan. I think it was good for our group as we don’t need to provide a crappy script (as we always do) and there will be no power struggle for directing. Best still, we could learn something under Mike’s wings rather than trying to figure it ourselves.

Of course, he required us to learn our own and to be self-progressive by learning all the proper ways someway in libraries and other sources. He doesn’t want us to stick to him like he’s our mother.

The first task he wanted us to do some location scouting in Singapore if there’s any (I doubt there is any in Singapore, not even in Pulau Ubin) was to find some lone road on an empty plains (no jungles) in which by the road there is a lone run-down building of a shack or some kind.

After the briefing, I went home by MRT transit with Kent, Dawn and Jeslyn.

Maintaining Active Days (M.A.D.).

Saturday. Well, since I've been officially terminated in which it caught me unprepared, I've decided to maintain active days so I wouldn't rot my days off and grow fat.

But for Saturday, I did took a lazy day of rest, after so much psychological drama I've been in on Friday. I slept late till the late morning around 11am.

For the rest of the day, I was watching television programmes or simply heading down my home PC and fidgeting online on the internet. Even when I'm online, I've forgotten to check my ITP grade which had already been release. I wasn't really in the mood then.

Eiizumi's Crappy/Inspiring Quote or Quotation of this Blog:
"If you're tired, its time to rest and take a long vacation..."

Beaching Around.

Sunday. Sunday, a day named as it was the most active day of a week for many people around the world. Sunday, Sunday, it was suppose to be a sunny day but that Sunday was a little grey and slightly gloomy.

It was the usual gang of people, that is Chee Wee, Jun Long, Thomas, Alvin and I. The only usual guy that wasn't here was Bryan.

So we went to the beach. As usual we meet at Harbour Front but this time was at the Harbour Front hawker centre. We ate something before we took the Sentosa's shuttle to Sentosa Arrival Centre and buy our entry tickets and took the Sentosa's internal shuttle service of the Blue line to head for Siloso Beach, west of the beautiful Sentosa Island.

We headed for the nice sandy beach and put our stuff down by a big rock as we couldn't find a pavillion as our shelter. We swam in the sea. Swam to the "lagoon" (I still think it wasn't a suitable for the beach on the water-break) or just back and forth along the beach waters.

We played beach soccer with a bunch of NSmen who were also on the beach. We didn't exactly chanllenge them. It was just a friendly match. We lost to them 4-1.

Of course, our physical endurance wasn't as good as those NSmen, especially after we swam in the sea for long. On the sandy beaches, the ball's direction and speed was totally unpredictable unlike that on a flat ground. Even I, famous for my ever long lasting stamina also almost die out. My muscles were pretty strained. I got the most chances for shots on target but the bloody ball just wouldn't go in.

But then, we didn't mind as it was only a friendly ball game. It was fun.

After the ball game, we went swimming again. We sometimes stayed in the cold waters to chat or head up on the beach and took a few chairs to sit down and chat. They would be ogling at beach girls around them and comment on their figures.

Although I do take a few glances (as it was perfectly and scientifically normal for guys), I'm really not gonna comment on the details of other people's figures. I think these type of comments would not be ideal, as people can change their figures and they always have good points and also bad points on their figures.

I'm not a judge for a beach beauty pageant so to me, it was either simply nice or not nice.

Thomas was playing with someone's dog nearby. We all thought the doggy liked him very much. It chased and played around with him from one end of the beach to another. It was very cute though.

After all the activities on the beach, we headed for the showers and went back to the main island riding the Sentosa's shuttle services back to the main island of Singapore. We ate our lunch at the Harbour Front hawker centre again before we took a bus back home.

Sunday evening and night. But I followed Chee Wee back to his house. As I said going back home for me was also doing the same leisure things I did everyday, watching television. It was boring. I couldn't play online game on my home PC also as my sister or her boyfriend would be most probably using it at night.

I took the chance to see him play his favourite PC game of Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne. He failed to complete his stage of the game though, he was defeated a few times. After his play, it was my turn. I wasn't really good at the game though. I took very long to finish only a few missions of the game's campaign before I saved the game as I was going home.

I said good bye and thanks to Chee Wee for his hospitality before I headed back home by bus. I reached home at around 11pm.
