Pre-Travel Blues
Recently planning for a good amazing holiday, but then I have been bumping into many road blocks.
I have been wanting to return to visit Taiwan again but I have been going through a chain of problems, when ever I found a solution (or not).
Yes, I wanted to go Taiwan around this May. But I don't think I want to travel alone, I want to go with my BB! I have been there before and I don't think its fun going to Taiwan alone! Its not Tibet!
Then, I have all this clashes with the working schedule against that of my BB's =(
I don't want to skip work at the first week of the month, and she don't want to skip work at the last week of the month, because these are important working weeks for us. Doubt we can get leave easy.
Then her colleagues is either have the 2nd or 3rd week of the month, which they are taking leave, and so she can't...
Now I just remember, my current working contract last till end of May 2009, hence I would need to clear the leave by then. Though I should be continue working with my current company after that, I wonder if I can bring leave stated in my current contract over to my continued working term after, if I do not use it by May (which I think its quite hard as my company prefers people who use up their leave sparingly during their work year).
Cathay flights are cheapest option, but its so bloody long as they are tranfer flights... Not to mention they eat away "active fun" times, at very bad timings.
Budget airlines are even cheaper but I am not sure if I want to take on the cramp seats, for that slightly cheaper option to that of Cathay with good packages along with the hotelling.
Bah~
Maybe I should get a one-way flight and jump into South China Sea..
Spratly Islands looks like a hotspot for holiday or making one of the small islet my new state of "The Great Kingdom of the Holiday Hot Spot".
